This is an incredibly easy recipe for some amazing bread.  I was in the mood for some cinnamon bread but didn't have an yeast on hand so i just googled cinnamon bread w/ no yeast and this one seemed the easiest... so it was the lucky winner!  I couldn't stop eating the batter... it was so sweet like cake batter.  I know, i know, i shouldn't just eat the batter because of the raw eggs, but it hasn't hurt me yet!  I figure some people drink raw eggs (gag) and they survive!  So a little raw egg isn't gonna kill me!  Here is the link to get the recipe.
Doesn't it look soooooo good?!?!?

I came across this recipe for Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets this week from an amazing website skinnytaste.com.  It is filled with a ton of healthy recipes.  So i whipped them up for dinner last night.  They were a successful hit with the kiddos who asked if i could make them again for dinner the next night.  The panko that you use to make the crunchy coating smells Amazing!  They are so incredibly easy that my 8 year old helped without adding stress (usually i don't "enjoy" the extra help)  They even looked like they did on the website!  Mmmmmm don't you want some????  Here is a link to the recipe page - here

The second the kids come in the door after school all i hear "Mom i want a snack... can i have a snack??? what is there for snack????  Mom! Mom! Mom!" Snack time can be exhausting!  And when i let them choose their own snack i walk in on them eating out of the box and they have nearly devoured the entire box.  And just as i am getting dinner cleaned up i hear "Mom, i'm hungry, can i have a snack"  Say What??????

I buy more snack items than anything.  So in effort to take some of the stress out of the kids getting a snack, i made snack stations.  One for the fridge and one for the snack cabinet.  And it has been AAAAAAAAMAZING!  I gave them lots of choices, but in a good serving size so they aren't eating an entire box for snack.  Hoping this will help save money and stress.
